About this Blog

This blog is dedicated to DC Digests and Tabloids from the 1970s and early 1980s.  If you are anything like us, you cut your teeth on these gems.  For most of us, before the days of comic shops, the reprints contained therein were our only window into the bygone days of DC's Golden and Silver Ages.  They were well worth the extra money that we paid for them and they continue to charm us, even when we have lost interest in current comics.  We still have a few digests and tabloids in our collections, and we are on the look-out for digests and tabloids we once owned, or even better, for the ones we always longed to find but could never track down.  This blog is about the thrill of the hunt!  We plan to bring you snippets and reviews of these treasures as they become available to us.  Please feel free to share your stories of DC digests and tabloids and make sure to share your comments on our posts!  We look forward to conversing with you.  And if you like this blog, make sure you check out the many cool blogs under the heading "blogs we love"... there are others like us out there who look back to the kinder, simpler days of comicdom.  Enjoy!
